From assessments to aftercare, we offer a full range of services to support your hearing health.

Comprehensive Hearing Assessments

Our 60–90 minute assessments go beyond a simple hearing check. We examine how well you understand speech in both quiet and noisy environments, and whether amplification will genuinely help. If hearing aids aren’t the right solution, we’ll be honest about that too.

Includes:

  • Ear examination and wax removal (if needed)
  • Air and bone conduction audiometry
  • Speech testing
  • Tympanometry and acoustic reflexes
  • Tailored lifestyle consultation

Hearing Aid Fittings

If amplification is appropriate, we’ll guide you through your options. We offer discreet, high-quality devices, as well as fully subsidised hearing aids for eligible pensioners under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.

Micro-Suction Wax Removal

Blocked ears? We offer safe, gentle wax removal using clinical micro-suction techniques. 30-minute appointments available with fast results.

Custom Earplugs

Musicians, swimmers, and anyone working in loud environments benefit from custom-moulded earplugs. We offer professional fittings tailored to your lifestyle.

Tinnitus & Rehabilitation Support

Support for managing tinnitus and ongoing communication challenges. Our approach includes education, coping strategies, and device-based solutions where appropriate.

No. You can book directly. If you have private health insurance, a referral may assist with rebates.

No. However, eligible pensioners can receive subsidised services through the Hearing Services Program.
